Michael Bonagura Michael Bonagura is a founding partner of OSG Billing Services. He established the company in 1992, recognizing an increasing demand for quality invoice presentment and distribution services that effectively meet the needs of companies in the telecommunications industry. Bonagura currently serves on the OSG Billing Services Board of Directors working towards developing the strategic direction of the company and overseeing executive management. Before starting OSG Billing Services, Bonagura served as the director of major accounts for Software Plus, where he distributed and installed software packages to Fortune 500 companies and distributors. His electronic printing experience started over twenty years ago as a district manager at Comvestrix. Bonagura was promoted to regional vice president of sales before leaving to pursue other career opportunities. Bonagura received a BA from the State University of New York at Oswego. |

Karl Kaplan Karl Kaplan is a founding partner of OSG Billing Services. He is responsible for having established the core operational methodologies that have made the company a leader in the bill presentment industry for the past sixteen years. Kaplan currently serves on the OSG Billing Services Board of Directors, helping to drive the long-term strategic direction of the company. Prior to starting OSG Billing Services, Kaplan worked for eight years in the electronic printing field at Comvestrix where he held a variety of principal roles in business development including positions as the regional sales manager, senior district manager and district manager. Kaplan received a BA from the State University of New York at New Paltz. Kaplan has been an active member of Xplor International since 1991 and a member of the Imaging Network Group since 2000. |

John Adiletta John Adiletta is a member of the OSG Billing Services Board of Directors. He has over 30 years of executive experience in the telecommunications and leasing industries. Currently, Adiletta serves as the president, chief executive officer, and as a member of the board of directors of Somerset International Group, Inc. He has held a number of high-level positions including chief officer, president, chief operating officer, principal financial officer and member of the board of directors for several companies in the telecommunications industry. Adiletta’s expertise lies in setting the strategic direction, assembling a management team, managing all aspects of growth for the corporations he supports. |

Frank Candio Frank Candio is a member of the OSG Billing Services Board of Directors. He has 26 years of experience in the software, technology and consulting industries. Candio is the founder and managing partner of Cambridge Resources, a firm that focuses on market strategies, product positioning and placement, and human resources consulting for technology firms. A respected human resources professional, Candio has designed and brought to market several award-winning products including the Cambridge Human Resources Audit Series, which was one of ten products to be awarded "Top Product" designation by Human Resources Executive magazine. Candio has had a long-standing relationship with OSG Billing Services, working with the executive team on a variety projects over the years. |
