			Winner of a 2008 Xerox Pixi Award – Competing with over 500 entries from 100 eligible countries, OSG Billing Services received third place recognition in the TransPromo category for their bill redesign with Modular Space Corporation (ModSpace). The redesign allowed ModSpace to utilize unique ways to reach customers more relevantly throughout the United States and Canada.

			Winner for "Best Customer B/OSS Loyalty Solution" – OSG Billing Services received this award as a result of our digital phone conversion campaign with Inland Cellular. In order to comply with FCC regulations for E911, the wireless carrier was mandated to convert 95 percent of their current customers from outdated analog phones to new digital phones in six months. Together with OSG Billing Services, Inland Cellular devised a three-fold plan of action using a direct mail letter, insert and OSG Envelope MessagingSM. With the support of the OSG Marketing Services team, Inland Cellular was able to exceed their goals.


			Finalist for "Best Customer Success Story" – OSG Billing Services was recognized for helping One Communications merge their billing process and transition to a unified brand during the acquisition of three large communications providers.


			Finalist for the Forbes Enterprise Awards – The magazine recognizes outstanding businesses that demonstrate visionary practices and achievements.

			Winner of the Rural Cellular Association’s Business Development Conference Marketing Contest – OSG Billing Services was recognized for our outstanding direct mail campaign that incorporated a movie theme and was sent to over 100 prospects.

			Winner for "Operational Excellence" – OSG Billing Services was selected for the award based on the operational efficiencies gained by local wireless company Carolina West Wireless through the use of three OSG Billing Services products: OSG eBillSM, OSG View PlusSM and OSG Dynamic MessagingSM. The combination of these products contributed to the wireless provider's overall goals by increasing revenue, improving customer retention and communication, boosting call center efficiency and enhancing public perception.

			Finalist for "Best Overall Company" – OSG Billing Services was acknowledged for its work on a long-term project with Consolidated Communications, a voice and data supplier headquartered in Mattoon, Illinois. This assignment included assisting the provider in designing an invoice with a flexible format using XML.

			Nominated for the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s Operations & Technology Excellence Award – This recognition was received based on the work completed with our client NEC Financial Services.

			First place winner of the JS&A Top EXPO Marketing Award at the CompTel Plus Conference & Expo – This annual tradeshow tracked all of our company’s efforts to create awareness of our services in advance, on-site and post conference. OSG Billing Services was acknowledged for our creative efforts in promoting the event.


			05/04 - Winner for "Best Bill" – OSG Billing Services was selected for its work with several competitive local exchange providers, including Cavalier Telephone. Our redesign of Cavalier Telephone's bill resulted in a 16 percent reduction in pages, which lowered the printing and mailing cost of the bills by more than nine percent. Cavalier Telephone achieved a return on investment for the project in less than one month.
