NCOALink

One essential element of the OSG ProcessSM is our ability to qualify our customer's invoices and statements for optimal First-Class Mail® Automation and presort discounts available through the USPS®. The NCOALink product is a USPS proprietary system containing change-of-address information that is updated on a weekly basis.

The NCOALink product enables the USPS to securely release address information in a format that allows OSG Billing Services to integrate any updates directly into our in-house computer system. This service provides us with the ability to update addresses during the printing process, so no time is wasted on reprocessing your mail. Your invoices then go directly into the mail stream to your customers for payment.

Improve the quality of your address information by reducing mailing and handling costs associated with managing inaccurate address information. The NCOALink product is a more convenient and secure format that eliminates much of the labor involved in updating addresses in your database.
