OSG View empowers your customer service representatives (CSRs) to retrieve and view invoices in real time, allowing for immediate and accurate responses to customer concerns.

OSG View is a desktop application that allows your CSRs to instantly view an exact replica of a customer’s invoice rendered as a PDF image. OSG View lets your CSRs navigate quickly and easily to the invoice in question and offer real-time feedback to a customer’s inquiry.

OSG View Plus takes customer service to the next level, offering extensive search capabilities to CSRs. It allows them to reprint and mail, fax or email the customer a copy of their invoice.
